Governing Documents
The Order Constitution (2024)
The Constitution of the Order takes the form of a Royal Decree issued by King Peter II. The document is the authoritative version of the Constitution as approved by the Sovereign Council, voted upon and adopted by the Chapter General of the Order, and formally accepted for publication by the Sovereign Council.
Handbook for the Officers
Instructs all of the Officers of the Order worldwide on the Order, its organization, and its practices; helps the Officers keep members informed on matters of general policy and procedure; and establishes a uniform operation of the Order throughout the world.
A Chivalric Primer
A primer intended to answer basic questions about the nature and significance of chivalry and knighthood, relevant to the Hospitaller Order of Saint John, for its members and those who might be interested in it.
The White Cross Gazette
The White Cross Gazette contains the official appointments and news of the Order. It is the journal of record and is published under the authority of the Sovereign Council of the Order.
